We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from HDM Retail. If - however - you are not you may return your purchases to us within 28 days.

You may return items* to us within 28 days of receiving them whereupon we will be happy to exchange them or provide you with a refund, minus postage costs. If the product you received is not of satisfactory quality or is not fit for purpose, you may cancel your order within 28 days, and we will refund the full cost of your order including return postage.

Items remain your responsibility until they reach us, so we recommend for your protection that you use a delivery service that insures you against the full value of the items and provides a proof of delivery.

We offer FREE domestic shipping

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, however we ask that you please allow 2-5 working days for your order to arrive (UK only).

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1pm on the same day (excluding weekends & public holidays).

We pride ourselves in processing your orders quickly, with most in-stock items dispatched within 24 hours of ordering, however during busier times some orders may take up to 48 hours.

*Please note: Although we aim to get your order to you within the specified timeframe, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances out with our control. Our customer service team will notify you of any unexpected delays with your order. Customers are responsible for the payment of any local customs duties. Please take this into account when purchasing. Unfortunately we are unable to ship orders to PO Box address.
